School Timing For The Teachers: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. (TIME TO BE UTILIZED BY STUDENTS)

Students of class: V and above are expected not to keep any tuition or other engagement from 2:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Students may be asked to stay back till 3:00pm for extra classes/tutorial classes or they may be detained till 3:00 p.m. if any assignment given by school has not been completed.

Assembly Timings:

When ever Saturday is a compensatory working day the assembly schedule for day being compensated will be followed.

• All exercise copies and brown paper cover must bear the name of Nopany High (as approved by school).
• All exercise copies, text books and covers must be purchased from school.
• The school reserves the right to send a student home under the following circumstances :
  Late for school.
  Not in complete school uniform.
  Inappropriate hair style / haircut / use of hair dye.
  Application of mehendi on palm / hands
  Not in possession of text and exercise books as per school schedule.
• Writing / scribbling any word on the school wall, notice board, or black / white board (unless called upon to do so) is prohibited. A student may be severely punished for doing so.

• Any damage done to school property will be fined. The replacement cost of the damage shall be borne by the miscreants or all the students of the concerned class.
• All students of Classes II–VII must acquire/buy roller skates for skating classes. Students without rollers skates on a skating day, may be subjected to disciplinary action.
• Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the written permission of the Authorities.
• Junior School children (Classes Nursery – IV) will not be allowed to leave the school premises unless identity card is produced by their escort.
• Incase an identity card is lost, the matter must be reported immediately to school and duplicate card must be procured after paying a fine of Rs. 50/-.
• Only students of Classes XI and XII are permitted to carry mobile phones which must be deposited in the office of the Principal at 7:40 a.m. Students of no other class is permitted to bring mobile phone to school.
• If any student is found with a mobile phone during class hours, the same will be confiscated by the school authority for indefinite period.
• No student is allowed to carry mobile phone to school during examination. If a student is caught with a mobile phone during examination, his/her mobile phone will be confiscated. Besides, all his/her papers may be cancelled.
• Students are not allowed to bring (to school) carry any CD or printed literature apart from their text books. If any student is found in possession of C.D., Severe disciplinary action may be taken.

• No borrowing of stationery is allowed during examinations. a student may be asked to leave the examination hall if he is found borrowing stationery during examination .
• Stern disciplinary action may be taken against any student who is found talking against any student who is founded talking during examination or writing any thing on question paper .
• No student shall be allowed to sit for unit examinations without an admit card , in case the admit card is lost or forgotten at home, a student must procure a duplicate card after payment of Rs 20/-
• If any student is caught during examinations with any printed material//chit paper , all his papers will be cancelled .if he is found using any unfair means ,he will be severely penalized.
• The pass mark in each subject is an under.
  Classes III - VII ->> 45%
  Classes VIII - XII ->> 40%
• Promotion will be decided on the basis of the whole year’s performance and not on the basis of marks in any one examination.
• Separate marks are set aside for presentation in each examination.
• Should a student fail to appear in an examination (for any reason whatsoever) re-examination will not be conducted and no average marks will be given.
• Any student who repeats in the same classes for two successive years will have to be withdrawn.

• It is mandatory for every student to wear winter uniform from first or second week of December as notified . students will not be allowed to attend classes if they come to school any day without appropriate winter uniform.
• School cardigan is compulsory for all classes .
• Students who come to school without shoes properly polished may be asked to polish their shoes in school after paying a fine of Rs 5/-.
• Students of classes II-VII must carry their karate out fit (cost 350 /-) on the days they have karate .
• Any student visiting school for any purpose after of before scheduled school hours must come in proper school shoes
• Use or hair dye or mehendi is strictly prohibited . Students may be suspended on these ground .
• Hair style must be appropriate for girls. Long hair must be tied with black/white ribbons. Boys must have short and appropriate hair cut.
• Students are expected to get proper hair cut before the period of "shradh" (pitri pakash) or navaratra begins. They will not be allowed to attend classes during this if their hair is long.
• Students are not permitted to wear bangle , ring or any other ornament (like earring) for any reason whatsoever.
